Jessica Minahan

Jessica's interest and passion for foundational health & wellness practices began in her teen years, and reignited with a focus on natural, whole food, plantbased nutrition in 2011 during her first pregnancy. Her pursuits in fresh, raw vegan foods for the wellbeing of herself and her children led her to furthering her education as a nutritional health coach, herbalist, gut health specialist.

She has served her community for 13 years with hands-on-approach in helping individuals with both natural, sustainable gardening and creative solutions for better health.

Her most recent interests in natural health and healing have been in the areas of holistic mental health care and management, nature healing methods, spiritual fasting practices, foraging and polyculture gardening techniques. As an artist and lover of philosophy, Jessica brings an eclectic approach to best serve others in the area of natural health and wellness.
